What to include for an accurate back-office quote
- Your trades. Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, garage doors, appliance repair, pest control, or a mix.
- Size. Number of techs or trucks and a rough count of jobs per week, in peak and slow season.
- Software. Your field-service platform, accounting software and any texting or phone-system tools.
- First tasks. The two or three things you want gone first, such as invoicing completed jobs or confirming tomorrow's appointments.
- Hours. When you need coverage and when the office is closed.
What happens after you send the form
A service partner that provides this support reviews your request and replies, usually by email, with follow-up questions. You then get a written proposal listing the tasks, hours or volumes, and how work is reported. Nothing is agreed until you accept it. How an engagement usually starts walks through the steps after that.

Quote request FAQ
Does requesting a quote commit me to anything?
No. The form starts a conversation. You only commit if you accept a written proposal.
What if I'm not sure which tasks to hand over?
Describe what eats your week and pick "A mix of the above" in the form. The board of typical tasks on the home page may help you narrow it down.
Can I get a price without a call?
The partner may need follow-up questions answered first, usually by email. Cost depends on your volume, the tasks and the hours covered, so a written quote with those spelled out is more useful than a rough figure.
